Similar to the level of service many have come to expect from this embarrassment of an airline the app is useless it continually crashes and often shows high prices for flights when compared to the airlines website. The user interface is terrible and the entire thing is a waste of space.

With new updated the app dint work

Hi, the app is very weird as it shows an outdated mileage balance. If I login to egyptairplus.com then it shows the updated balance. The app has been like that for the past 2 weeks.

The new update is not working and directs the user to Apple Store.....please fix it asap

I am rated this app 5 stars because I want to support everything Egyptian, I am here abroad and see people give first priority to all products and companies from their country.

Disappointing app, apart of the bad interface, the early check in doesnt work, and even if you could see the seating plan , hoe could a retour trip in 14 days has so many seats already taken or booked , shouldnt this be only possible 48 hrs ahead...Egyptair remains a no brainer

Cannot book multiple stops, deleted App thereafter

Even though this option to get boarding card is offered, it does mot work and that is disappointing

The app doesnt provide multi destination booking In-app review and feedback doesnt work

App tells you that you need to update the app and you are redirected to the app store. But there is no update, you can only open the app again then the app tells you again to update. A neverending loop. The app is useless!

You can not view you account activities more than one second and crash right away.

But Why I need to write the booking reference every time I open this app it must be saved on the app
